My Household Cleaner
I don’t exactly have a cleaning “schedule.” As a stay-at-home mom I honestly don’t think if I had one I would follow it. There are days I wake up feeling great and ready to conquer every dish and load of laundry. However, there are equally as many days that I wake up tired from a long night with a toddler and just want to sit on the couch and sip my coffee.
One thing I love is that when I do clean, whether it is wiping down the kitchen counters, cleaning the bathroom, dusting shelves, wiping down mirrors, or washing loads of laundry from the prior week, I know that the Thieves Cleaner is killing germs but remains safe for my child to come in contact with. I especially love the smell of the Thieves cleaner! I have used it on every surface in our home! I even put it in my carpet shampooer because I wanted a carpet cleaner that wouldn’t hurt my toddler that loves eating food off the floor.
I don’t know about you, but we have a bottle of hand soap in 3 places in our house so the run out fast. I love that there are hand soap refills you can purchase so you can keep the same pump bottle or fill your own if you so choose. One of my favorite scents for this time of year is “Christmas Spirit” but there are many to choose from.
The nice thing about a concentrate, is that you can mix a capful of concentrate with water to make your cleaner. The concentrate lasts longer, and you can adjust the strength to your liking. For instance, I always use 2 capfuls for the bottle of bathroom cleaner and only fill the bottle up 3/4 of the way with water.
We also love the dish soap, laundry detergent, and the kitchen and bath scrub!
